The Unleash the Champion® retreat focuses on the mental wellness of female champion entrepreneurs. This retreat equips you with the skills to become your family’s secret weapon to breaking generational trauma and increasing generational wealth. This retreat is your time away from titles, serving others and having to be “on.”

We’ll explore practical components that are critical to your overall healing and business development as leading female entrepreneurs in your industry. This intimate retreat is an experience like nothing you have ever imagined! What to expect inside the ring:

The retreat will serve as an extension of our leadership development program, Unleash the Champion® Academy. Guided by the nine-core pillars of the Trauma Ain’t Normal® framework; attendees will reflect, strategize, and leave with practical action steps in the areas of business/career mastery, mental resilience, start and stop goal setting, taming past traumas, self-sabotage and bringing fear with you.

Your Host

Through her proven Trauma Ain’t Normal® program, she builds champions from the inside out by guiding participants through a deeply personal healing process that takes them from wounded to winning.
